- Get trained and gain knowledge in various IT-related projects and service tools
- Join a diverse, multicultural team
- Maintain contact with clients via phone and online communication
- Troubleshoot and assist in the resolution of IT-related issues
- Collaborate with your team members on various IT projects
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- High School diploma
- Fluency in English and French
- Confident MS Office skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
