Technology Development Engineer  Key responsibilities: Innovate and identify opportunities. Lead the identification of new projects and develop solutions in response to market demands, energy efficiency and CO2 emission reduction. Drive the exploration of alternative technologies and establish comprehensive business case for new initiatives. Manage technology licensing. Evaluate, rank, and manage technology licensors. Prepare Invitation to Bid (ItB) documentation, incorporating inputs on licensor deliverables. Develop complex evaluation criteria and assemble insights from cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Facilitate decision making. Collaborate with experts to prepare decision-making materials, project execution plan, schedules, and cost estimations. Represent project goals during mandatory reviews, delivering presentations, and conducting thorough post-evaluation calculations to ensure ongoing project success. Contribute to Process Engineering. Offer process engineering expertise during the design engineering phase of the project.
