
Trainee change management (REF4146R)
Description
Validate the incoming change requests (e. g. infrastructure, network in IT service operations)
Working in various ticketing systems (SNOW etc. )
Monitoring Functional Mailboxes and processing incoming e-mails
Cooperation with the Change Managements, Technical support units and other stakeholders during the whole change lifecycle
Facilitate meetings with resolution team and customer
Responsible for successful planning, execution, and completion of changes
Monitoring the processes and make improvement suggestions
Taking part of internal and customer projects Qualifications
Active (or passive under 25) full-time student status
Commitment to at least 20 hours of work per week
German (B2) and English (B2) language knowledge
Good communication and problem solving skills
Ability to work in team
Logical way of thinking
Certification of good conduct
Knowledge of Service now is an advantage
