Your new role consists of:

Ensure training material content creation,

Support the adaptation of core training materials for multiple channels: video, e-learning

Maintain communication around the training plan across international user groups,

Test and documentation of digital learning offered in Learning Platforms

Track and provide visibility of training delivery

What you'll need to succeed

College or University degree in Business Administration, HR or relevant field,

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a similar training coordination or learning-related role,

Fluent English knowledge,

Precise, detail-oriented attitude,

Excellent communication,

Being perspicacious, having a great overview of end-to-end processes,

Great problem-solving and organising skills,

Being comfortable taking responsibility.
