We are currently recruiting for the position of

Transportation Senior Expert

in our Group Logistics operation, who

contributes to implementing MOL Group Logistics strategies, develops profitable and feasible solutions aligned with the Group Downstream 2030 vision, ensures efficient Road & Rail fleet operations across all countries, provides consultancy to other business units, standardizes transportation processes, and leads Group-level projects and asset procurement to enhance safety and efficiency.

Main responsibilities

Managing the continuous development of Road & Rail Transportation fleets to improve efficiency and HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, Environment)

Revising and proposing strategic investments, maintenance, and HSE-related activities

Leading and/or participating in Fleet operation-related asset and service tenders and category strategy decisions

Proposing actions to ensure continuous driver availability

Assuring that assets support business needs and comply with the 2030 vision of Downstream

Initiating Group-level projects aimed at innovation and standardization, building a network of knowledge sharing within countries

Continuously looking for innovative solutions in transportation & logistics in line with cost-effective operation, LEAN and HSE principles, and regulatory requirements

Monitoring and following up on international trends and processes in logistics that can be transferred to MOL Group organizations

Requirements

BSc/MSc degree in logistics/economics

Min. 5 years’ experience in the field of Logistics, Transportation

Advanced English knowledge is a must (other CEE languages are an advantage)

MS Office, Power BI tools are an advantage

Detailed knowledge of the economic interdependences of transportation

In-depth knowledge of supply systems (demand, capacities, sales requirements, customer preferences and specifics)

Process and strategic thinking, excellent communication, conflict resolution and organization skills

Driving license (B category), willingness to travel
