Treasury Project Management Expert

Location: Budapest, XI. district - MOL Campus

Scope of the position:

In this position the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various Group Treasury projects, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of Treasury and/or Finance functions, Project management, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

You tasks will be:

Contribute to Group Treasury projects: Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and goal adherence.

Collect and analyze project data: Submit proposals backed by comprehensive analysis for informed decision-making.

Engage with stakeholders: Collaborate with mid-management and vendors to align projects and address concerns.

Work with cross-functional teams: Coordinate with SSC, Finance, and IT teams for successful project execution.

Impact assessment and improvement: Analyze project impacts and implement strategies for organizational improvement. Foster a culture of continuous improvement.

We are looking for you if you:

Have university or College degree in finance/economics/business or equivalent,

Have minimum 5 years of experience in treasury or finance roles, project management experience is an advantage,

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,

Have strong data analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial information,

Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels,

Have ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and adaptability,

Are a comprehensive thinker, flexible and possessing strong problem-solving skills and a business approach,

Have experience with big data and data-driven process analytics is a plus.
