Unit Leader - Bioreactor  Duties and Responsibilities: Management of vaccine production unit (20-30 people) in a GMP environment Organization and control of daily operations Management, and people development of group leaders Connecting operational production with quality, maintenance, EHS and supply processes Responsible of fulfilment of the weekly, monthly and annual production plans Communication within the unit goals Performance Management – operation and developing of Tier system, interpretation and monitoring of KPIs Keep people, safety, quality, delivery, cost indicators (budget) on target Preparation for, participation in, and execution of authority inspections and customer’s audit   Why it is good to be a member of our team?
