We are looking for a
Biomethane Value Chain Management Expert
who will drive the development of assigned value chain(s) or project(s), contributing to the successful implementation of new and sustainable business lines. During the implementation phase, will provide business ownership over projects, actively engage in internal and external stakeholder management, and oversee market development to ensure the successful execution of the business case.
Main responsibilities:
Plan and execute new sustainable value chain development projects, ensuring complete business cases, well-defined project scope, and high-quality requirements. Develop and implement resource and project management plans to ensure on-time and budget-compliant delivery.
Establish and manage project teams, creating an environment that fosters high performance. Provide strategic direction while handling day-to-day execution and communication.
Lead the market development activities within the assigned areas, identifying growth opportunities and driving commercialization efforts.
Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication, regular reporting, and alignment with decision-making bodies to drive project success and customer satisfaction.
Proactively manage project risks by defining risk response plans and ensuring adherence to risk acceptance criteria.
Ensure proper project documentation and knowledge-sharing, capturing risks and lessons learned to support MOL Group’s Project Management culture.
Contribute to idea generation initiatives and support technical and commercial analyses of new Sustainable Solutions project proposals.
Oversee biomethane trading development, ensuring compliance with ISCC requirements and managing related systems.
Requirements:
MSc degree in engineering / economics
PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is preferred
At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and organization abilities
Advanced English knowledge (Hungarian/Slovakian/Croatian language knowledge is an advantage)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Microsoft Project or equivalent
Category B driver’s license
International experience is an advantage
