    Monitoring, coordinating the Suppliers’ warehouse operation, being responsible for the warehouse operation performance (Raw Material receiving and storage, Pick & Pack and Finished Goods operation).

•     Monitoring the warehouse team to follow the Work Instructions and SOP in materials receiving, supplies of production lines, data maintenance and finishing goods shipping; executing the operation audit as agreed frequency.

•     Monitoring the transactions between Supplier and Huawei; keeping the system inventory data consistent with physical material.

•     Monitoring the Suppliers’ daily cycle count, organizing the quarterly and yearly stocktaking, analyzing the discrepancy, root cause and creating action measures.

•     Managing and controlling the warehousing related cost, continuously improvement upon the warehouse layout and processes, operation efficiency.

•     Routinely reviewing and updating the SOP to meet company requirement. Participating in the bidding warehousing related activities and quarterly performance review process.

•     Coordinating Suppliers’ team to respond to urgent requests such as material receiving, FG shipping, etc.  

•     Coordinating Suppliers’ participation in the improvement projects, triggered by headquarter or European Supply Center.

•     WMS system improvement.

•     Bachelor degree in Economics/Logistics or Supply Chain

•     Minimum two years relevant experiences in warehouse management; electronics manufacturing related factory or warehouse operational experience is preferred

•     Experience and knowledge of WMS systems, Warehouse operation, Continuous Improvement, Project management

•     Good communication skills, written/verbal in  Chinese and English, Hungarian better

•     Logical thinking and strategic approach

•     Able to take responsibility, positive attitude
