• Plan, implement, integrate, migrate, and perform acceptance testing for GSM, UMTS, LTE, and 5G networks.
• Analyze network performance, resolve complex network issues, and optimize network architecture.
• Act as the technical point of contact for the engineering team, customer, and vendors.
• Provide remote support to field engineers during site integration, commissioning, or configuration changes.
• Engage directly with the project team and customers to promote and deliver strategic services.
• Lead or participate in a global technical delivery team, supervising technical matters.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following areas: RAN, BSS for GSM, UMTS, LTE.
• Experience with multi-vendor network products is an advantage.
• Knowledge of 5G technology is a plus.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service-oriented with strong presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (less than 20%).
