We are seeking a talented Master Data Management Analyst specializing in Workday HCM to join our team and support our mission.

Position Overview:

As the Workday Master Data Management Analyst you will work closely with the Functional Expert - Workday Core HCM to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and governance across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, and other departments to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements related to Workday Core HCM.
• Analyze and resolve master data issues promptly based on business needs and best practices. Proficiency in analysing large datasets.
• Collaboration: work closely with Function Expert – Workday Core HCM to align on data standards and policies.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirement specifications, process flows, and security design documents.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and facilitate UAT to ensure HCM configurations meet stakeholder expectations and requirements.
• Training & Support: Provide support and training to end-users and stakeholders regarding HCM core configuration. Share knowledge around data governance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of Workday updates and industry trends, contributing insights for enhancing HCM processes and configurations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Workday experience: 2 years in data management or analytical roles
• Certification: Working towards Workday HCM Pro certification is preferred but not required.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and solve complex problems
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively within cross-functional teams.
